The warranty period is 2 years from the moment of purchase. In order to exercise the warranty of your product, you must have the purchase receipt or the order number of your product.



The warranty covers any failure that may arise during the use of the product due to manufacturing defects.



In this case, we will repair the unit or send you a new unit.



The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or manipulation other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In these cases, the consumer must be responsible for its repair. Therefore they will only be eligible for the guarantee



Product Registration: The customer must register their purchase on our website within the first 30 days after purchase. This record must include the purchase date, order number, and a photo of the original receipt.



Invoice Retention: The customer must retain and present the original invoice in case a warranty claim needs to be made. Without the original invoice, the claim cannot be processed.



Factory Defects: The warranty will exclusively cover manufacturing defects. Damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, accidents, misuse, exposure to extreme conditions, intensive sporting activities, or any use outside of the shoe's original purpose will not be covered.



Physical Inspection: In case of a claim, the shoes must be sent to our headquarters for a physical inspection. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and only if the claim is approved, we will reimburse these costs.



No Modifications: The warranty will not cover shoes that have been modified or repaired by the customer or third parties without authorization. Any modification or repair must be carried out by our authorized technical service for the warranty to remain valid.



Proper Use: Shoes must have been used properly and for the purpose for which they were designed. Damage caused by improper use will not be covered by the warranty.
